Better Job Fit Social Impact Workshops and Conferences bridges the gap between purpose-driven enterprises and the resources they need to scale impact. By uniting nonprofits, entrepreneurs, funders, and civic leaders, the event facilitates results of high-value collaborations that drive regenerative economic and social growth. Attendees gain access to strategic partnerships, funding insights, and actionable tools to amplify their mission, build community wealth, and spark systemic change.
As a national non-profit organization, Better Job Fit’s Social Impact Workshops and Conferences are dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses, and communities through capacity-building initiatives. Our mission is to engage stakeholders to develop and strengthen their skills, abilities, processes, and resources through immersive, interactive, curated engagement sessions and community collaboration. We envision a world where people move beyond sustaining, keeping the status quo, but co-creating regenerative solutions that actively improve and restore social impact, as well as foster growth and development across all sectors of business.
Our Mission
1) Access to Funding Opportunities
- Nonprofits gain exposure to grants, donors, and impact investors who are actively looking to fund mission-aligned work.
- Startups/for-profits with a social mission gain access to angel investors, venture capitalists, and community foundations who are open to impact-driven investments.
2) Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborations between nonprofits and for-profits open doors for shared resources, joint programs, and community initiatives.
- Cross-sector alliances accelerate innovation and scaled impact.
