As a national non-profit organization, Better Job Fit’s Social Impact Workshops and Conferences are dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses, and communities through capacity-building initiatives. Our mission is to engage stakeholders to develop and strengthen their skills, abilities, processes, and resources through immersive, interactive, curated engagement sessions and community collaboration.
